Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect while you use MetaBlink, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We have tried to write it in plain language, with as little legal weight as possible.

We do not ask for special categories of data, and please do not enter them in free-text fields. If your business processes health data, we agree on the terms of such processing in a separate contract.

4. WhatsApp and external services

To talk with clients we use Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. This means message content passes through Meta's systems under their terms. For processing forms we use Web3Forms, which forwards the form content to our email. To sync appointments, we connect, with your permission, to Google, Apple and Outlook calendars.

We share data only with those who help us deliver the service, and only under contract:

Some of our partners process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism, together with additional safeguards where needed.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object and request data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time as the service or the law changes. The new version applies from the date it is published at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will let you know in a noticeable way.
